Advantages Programme - General Terms & Conditions of Sale
Basel-Mulhouse Airport (hereafter the "Airport") has decided to introduce the Advantages programme to enhance access at the airport and to offer privileges and additional services to its customers.
The purpose of these general terms and conditions is to provide a framework governing the access to the services offered under the Advantages programme. Subscription to the Advantages programme implies acceptance in full of these general terms and conditions. The Airport reserves the right to modify all or part hereof at any time. The French version of these general terms shall be the sole authentic version.
I. Conditions of access to the Advantages programme
Subscription to the Advantages programme is exclusively reserved for those who have completed an application form online, available from the Airport website at www.euroairport.com/advantages, after acceptance by Airport personnel.
Payment of the subscription is made as follows:
- For private customers, payment is to be made online on the Airport website at www.euroairport.com/advantages.
- For business customers, payment is to be made online on the Airport website at www.euroairport.com/advantages.
Payment confers rights of access to the services for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months. A password enabling use of the website or of the corresponding mobile app will be sent to the member. Membership renewal takes place online on the Airport website at www.euroairport.com/advantages.
II. Conditions of access to Advantages at retail outlets
The Advantages programme offers price discounts at the retail outlets participating in the programme. Retailers participating in the Advantages programme and in special promotional offers are listed on the Airport website at www.euroairport.com/advantages.
III. Conditions of access to the Airport lounge
Members benefit from five (5) free visits to the lounge each year. After the fifth visit in the year, members benefit from a reduction of twenty-three point six (23.6) percent on all further visits.
IV. Conditions of use and access to security checkpoints
Members benefit from fast-track / priority lane to security checkpoints. The Airport makes available to members an access gate to security check, located before each of the passenger checkpoints in departure halls 1 and 4. fast-track / priority lane does not in any way confer the right to be excluded from the security check.
V. Subscription
The basic Advantages programme subscription is one hundred and sixty-five euros inc. VAT (€175) or one hundred and eighty Swiss francs (CHF 180). The Airport may revise this fee.
VI. Liability
The Airport may not be held responsible for any difficulties encountered by the member during the course of their use of the Advantages programme. The Airport may not be implicated in any dispute between a member and a participating service provider, irrespective of the cause.
VII. Complaints
Complaints do not provide grounds for suspension of payment.

VIII. Data protection
The member is hereby informed that personal data requested within the context of subscription to the Advantages programme will be recorded in strict compliance with the French Data Protection Act (Loi informatique et libertés) of 6 January 1978. Members enjoy a right of access and rectification which they may exercise in writing, forwarded to Basel-Mulhouse Airport – Département Aérogare – BP 60120 – F-68300 Saint-Louis – France.
IX. Disputes
Should it prove impossible to arrive at an amicable agreement, any dispute related to the execution or interpretation of the contract, or to any other matter, shall be brought before the Tribunal de Grande Instance in Mulhouse.
